1. What kind of products are available?

Most products are digital and delivered immediately after purchase.

Physical products (such as posters and art prints) are excluded and their delivery time is specified individually on each product page.

2. How will I receive my file?

Once the payment is completed, you will receive an email with the download link.

3. Can I request a refund?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of digital files, we do not offer refunds.

4. What can I do with the file I purchased?

You may print it for personal use or as a gift. Resale or commercial use is not allowed.

5. I have an issue with my file – what should I do?
